摘要
为探究木质素在不同保温时间下水热碳化产物-水热炭燃料性能的变化规律,在290℃、固液比1∶20条件下开展了保温时间分别为0 h,0.5 h,1.0 h,1.5 h,2.0 h的水热碳化实验研究.研究结果表明:水热碳化可显著改善木质素的燃料性能,随着水热碳化保温时间的增加,水热炭热值增大.保温时间从0 h增加为2 h时,水热炭热值从20.01 MJ/kg增加至26.32 MJ/kg,增加了31.53%;随着保温时间的增加,水热炭中碳元素的比例呈现稳定的上升趋势.这是由于木质素水热碳化后,芳构化程度增强,水热炭挥发分降低,燃烧性能得到明显提高.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of physicochemical properties of hydrothermal carbonated lignin products under different holding time. Under the condition of 290℃ and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 20,hydrothermal carbonation experiments were carried out for 0 h,0. 5 h,1. 0 h,1. 5 h and 2. 0 h respectively. The results were as follows:(1)Hydrothermal carbonization can significantly improve the fuel properties of lignin. With the increase of hydrothermal carbonization holding time,the calorific value of hydrothermal carbon increases from 0 h to2 h,the calorific value of hydrothermal carbon increases from 20. 01 MJ/kg to 26. 32 MJ/kg,an increase of 31. 53% .(2)With the increase of holding time,the proportion of C showed a stable rise,after hydrothermal carbonization,the degree of aromatization increased,with the increase of holding time,the aromatization intensified.
