浅谈《黄帝内经》形神俱养、内外兼修之整体养生观

A brief discussion on the overall view of health preservation in Huangdi Neijing:both physical and mental cultivation and internal and external cultivation

“整体观”作为中医学说的核心之一,是中国古代哲学思想的体现,亦是中国传统文化的精髓,它贯穿于养生保健、防病治病的始终。《黄帝内经》作为我国中医学说的奠基之作,早在几千年前就意识到形神的协调统一性,应该从躯体和精神两方面来认识养生,把握健康。同时,人并不是独立的个体,而是处于自然和社会中的存在,受到自然和社会的影响,因此,养生应从人体的内环境和外界的大环境入手。其“形神俱养、内外兼修”的养生主张更是深刻诠释了中医学说的整体观念,其整体养生观对后世人们祛病延年、调养身心健康有着重要的指导作用。通过对《黄帝内经》养生条文的学习,结合日常临证跟师学习中对导师学术思想的体悟,现寥作阐述。

As one of the core of TCM theory,“holistic view”is the embodiment of ancient Chinese philosophy and the essence of traditional Chinese culture.It runs through the whole process of health preservation,disease prevention and treatment.As the foundation work of Chinese traditional medicine theory,Huangdi Neijing(黄帝内经)realized the harmony and unity of form and spirit thousands of years ago,and we should understand health preservation and grasp health from both physical and spiritual aspects.At the same time,man is not an independent individual,but an existence in nature and society,who are affected by nature and society.Therefore,health preservation should start from the internal environment and external environment of human body.Its health preservation proposition of“maintaining both physical and mental cultivation and internal and external cultivation”is a profound interpretation of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine theory,and its overall health preservation concept has an important guiding role for the later generations of people to eliminate diseases and prolong life,and recuperate physical and mental health.Through the study of the health preservation provisions in Huangdi Neijing,combined with the understanding of the tutor's academic thought in daily clinical practice,this paper makes a few elaboration.
