脑卒中后吞咽障碍的中西医治疗进展

Progress in treatment of dysphagia after stroke with traditional Chinese and Western medicine

近年来脑卒中发病率逐年上升,卒中后吞咽障碍患者数量也随之增加,严重影响了患者的康复进程。临床中如何有效地缩短患者康复时间,提升治疗有效率,减少吸入性肺炎、营养不良相关并发症等成为了近年来治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的重点与难点问题。现对近年来中西医治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的方法进行回顾与总结,同时指出今后可以努力的方向。

The incidence rate of stroke has increased year by year.The number of dysphagia patients after stroke has increased,which has seriously affected the rehabilitation process of patients.In recent years,how to effectively shorten the recovery time of patients,improve the efficiency of treatment,and reduce the complications related to aspiration pneumonia and malnutrition have become the key and difficult problems in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.This paper reviews and summarizes the methods of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke in recent years,and points out the direction of future efforts.
