消癥丸治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of xiaojie pill in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland

目的:观察消癥丸应用于乳腺增生患者的治疗效果以及临床安全性。方法:从2018年1月-2020年12月西安市中医医院收治的乳腺增生患者中选择120例进行试验,依据统计学中随机分组的方法将患者分为试验组与对照组,每组60例。对照组接受常规治疗,即口服乳癖消药物,试验组则服用消癥丸治疗,最终对比疗效及安全性。结果:结果显示,试验组治疗总有效率为98.33%(59/60),对照组治疗总有效率为86.67%(52/60),对比P<0.05。试验组使用药物出现不良事件中,1例患者出现腹泻,1例患者出现口干不适,总发生率为3.33%(2/60)。对照组使用药物出现不良事件中,3例患者出现了腹痛,4例患者出现腹泻,5例患者出现口干不适,总发生率为20.00%(12/60),则可以判定为试验组的安全性高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:乳腺增生作为一种女性常见病变,极易提高女性发生乳腺病变的可能性。而消癥丸治疗乳腺增生具有较高的疗效,可以缓解患者存在的乳房疼痛情况,缩小患者乳房内的肿块,并降低患者的腺体厚度,以此调节患者的激素水平,并减轻乳腺组织的增生疾病,缓解疾病症状。因此,将消癥丸应用于乳腺增生患者的治疗中,可以提高患者的治疗效果,且具有较高的安全性。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and clinical safety of Xiaojie pill(消癥丸)in patients with breast hyperplasia.Methods:120 patients with breast hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected for the experiment.According to the method of random grouping in statistics,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,that is,oral milk feixiao drugs,the experimental group took xiaoxia pill treatment,and finally compared the efficacy and safety.Results:The results showed that the effective rate of the experimental group was 98.33%(59/60),and the effective rate of the control group was 86.67%(52/60),P<0.05.Among the adverse events of drug use in the experimental group,diarrhea occurred in 1 patient and dry mouth discomfort occurred in 1 patient,with a total incidence of 3.33%(2/60).Among the adverse events in the control group,3 patients developed abdominal pain,4 patients developed diarrhea,and 5 patients developed dry mouth discomfort,with a total incidence of 20.00%(12/60),indicating that the safety of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of xiaojie pill in the treatment of breast hyperplasia patients can improve the therapeutic effect,and has a high safety.
