火针治疗对慢性腰肌劳损患者腰酸症状的影响

Effect of fire acupuncture on lumbar acid symptom in patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain

目的:观察火针治疗对慢性腰肌劳损患者腰酸症状的影响。方法:将70例慢性腰肌劳损腰酸患者采用简单随机化方法随机分成观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组脱落1例,34例进入统计分析,观察组脱落2例,33例进入统计分析。对照组采用毫针针刺治疗,观察组在此基础上加入火针治疗,选取肾俞、大肠俞、关元俞、命门等穴,每次治疗20 min,隔日1次,每周3次,共治疗3周。观察比较两组患者治疗前后腰酸程度缓解情况、功能障碍改善情况。结果:治疗后,两组腰酸程度分级与评分、腰酸视觉模拟评分法评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分均较治疗前有所下降(均P<0.001),观察组治疗后各项评分及治疗前后差值明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.001)。结论:火针配合毫针治疗可明显改善慢性腰肌劳损患者腰酸症状,疗效优于单纯毫针治疗,且安全性高。

Objective:To observe the effect of fire acupuncture on lumbar acid symptom in patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods:Seventy patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain and lumbar acid were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by using simple randomization method,with 35 cases in each group.In the control group,1 case dropped and 34 cases were included in the statistical analysis,and in the observation group,2 cases dropped and 33 cases were included in the statistical analysis.The control group was treated with fliform needle acupuncture,while the observation group was additively treated with fire acupuncture.Shenshu,Dachangshu,Guanyuanshu and Mingmen acupoints were selected for 20min treatment each time,once every other day,3 times a week,for 3 weeks.The relief of lumbar acid degree and the improvement of dysfunction before and after treatment in 2 groups were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,the grade and score of lumbar acid degree,VAS score and ODI score of lumbar acid in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(all P<0.001),and the scores of the observation group after treatment and the difference before and after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.001).Conclusion:Fire acupuncture combined with filiform acupuncture can significantly relieve the symptoms of lumbar acid in patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain,and the efficacy is better than that of filiform acupuncture alone,and the safety is high.
