针刺艾灸推拿治疗对膝骨关节炎患者临床疗效、中医证候及调节活化正常T细胞表达与分泌趋化因子和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1表达的影响

Effects of acupuncture,moxibustion and massage on clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms and expression of RANTES and McP-1 in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的:观察针刺艾灸推拿治疗对膝骨关节炎患者临床疗效、中医证候及调节活化正常T细胞表达与分泌趋化因子(Regulated Upon Activation Normal T Cell Expressed and Secreted,RANTES)和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(Monocyte Chemo-attractant Protein-1,MCP-1)表达的影响。方法:选取于2018年1月-2021年1月接收的膝关节骨性关节炎患者160例,按照随机数字表法随机分为两组,各80例,对照组接受塞来昔布治疗,试验组行针刺艾灸推拿治疗,对比两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、RANTES和MCP-1表达情况。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者中医证候积分、RANTES和MCP-1表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分、RANTES和MCP-1表达均下降,且观察组指标显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺艾灸推拿对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果显著,有效改善患者膝关节疼痛症状,安全性好,推广应用有助于提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture,moxibustion and massage on clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms and expression of RANTES and McP-1 in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 160 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted from January 2018 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 80 patients in each group.The control group received celecoxib treatment,and the experimental group received acupuncture,moxibustion and massage treatment.The therapeutic effect,TCM symptom score,RANTES and McP-1 expression of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TCM symptom score,RANTES and McP-1 expression between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom score,RANTES and McP-1 expression were decreased in both groups,and the indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture,moxibustion and massage have significant therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis,it can effectively relieve patients'knee pain symptoms,and it has good safety,more popularization and application of it will help to improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
