血府逐瘀片用于治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻的效果及作用机制分析

Analysis of the effect and mechanism of Xuefu Zhuyu tablet in the treatment of postoperative adhesion intestinal obstruction

目的:探索血府逐瘀片治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻时的效果与作用机制。方法:选取深圳市盐田区人民医院2018年1月-2020年1月收治的术后粘连性肠梗阻患者,随机抽选80例,并以抽签法分为观察组与参照组各40例,观察组服用血府逐瘀片,参照组通过禁食禁水、控制肠胃压加静脉输液,比较两组患者疼痛数字分级评分(Numeric Rating Scale,NRS)、临床疗效与具体临床情况。结果:观察组患者经过治疗后,血府逐瘀片的调补气血、改善气血循环、活血化瘀、理气镇痛等作用得到有效发挥,NRS疼痛评分明显低于参照组,P<0.05;观察组的临床治疗有效率达到95%,高于参照组的72.5%,P<0.05;观察组的各项症状缓解时间明显低于参照组,P<0.05。观察组治疗后1 d炎症因子水平与参照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后7 d炎症因子水平远低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于西医治疗,选择血府逐瘀片对治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻的效果更佳,血府逐瘀片的活血祛瘀、行气止痛等作用发挥,提高了患者治疗效果,减缓患者疼痛,促进患者各项症状缓解效率,具有临床推广作用。

Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of Xuefu Zhuyu tablet(血府逐瘀片)in the treatment of postoperative adhesion intestinal obstruction.Methods:A total of 80 patients with postoperative adhesion intestinal obstruction admitted to Shenzhen Yantian District People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by lottery,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group was given Xuefu Zhuyu Tablet,and the control group was given fasting and water restriction,gastrointestinal pressure control and intravenous infusion.NRS,clinical efficacy and specific clinical situation of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu tablet on regulating qi and blood,improving qi and blood circulation,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating qi and relieving pain were effectively exerted in the observation group.The NRS pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95%,which was higher than that in the control group(72.5%),P<0.05.The remission time of symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of inflammatory factors between the observation group and the reference group 1 day after treatment(P>0.05);The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was much lower than that in the reference group 7 days after treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with western medicine treatment,Xuefu Zhuyu tablet has a better effect on postoperative adhesion intestinal obstruction.The effects of Xuefu Zhuyu tablet,such as activating blood and removing blood stasis,activating qi and relieving pain,can improve the treatment effect of patients,relieve pain,promote the efficiency of symptom relief,and play a role in clinical promotion.
