补肾祛湿汤对腰椎间盘突出症患者肢体功能及炎性状态的影响

Effect of Bushen Qushi decoction on limb function and inflammatory state of patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:分析补肾祛湿汤对腰椎间盘突出症患者肢体功能及炎性状态的影响。方法:本试验以分组方式开展,自2019年1月-2020年1月门诊收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者中抽取108例,试验患者均使用随机抽签法分组-对照组(常规西药塞来昔布治疗)、试验组(补肾祛湿汤),每组44例,比较两组患者临床疗效及改良MacNab标准临床疗效评分,对两组恢复质量、肢体功能、炎性状态进行对比。结果:试验组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、治疗时间、康复时间均低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前两组肢体功能评分无差异,P>0.05;治疗后试验组日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese Orthopaedie Association,JOA)评分高于对照组,Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)评分低于对照组,P<0.05。试验组炎性指标(C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子α)均低于对照组,P<0.05;试验组改良MacNab标准疗效优良率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症给予补肾祛湿汤治疗的临床效果非常显著,可及时缓解临床症状,使肢体功能得到更加有效的恢复,并且转变机体的炎性状态,更好地实现疾病的治疗。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Bushen Qushi decoction(补肾祛湿汤)on limb function and inflammatory state of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:108 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the control group(routine celecoxib treatment)and the experimental group(Bushen Qushi decoction treatment),with 44 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy and modified MacNab standard clinical efficacy score of the two groups were compared.The recovery quality,limb function and inflammatory state of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS score,treatment time and recovery time of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no difference in limb function score between the two groups,P>0.05;after treatment,JOA score of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group,ODI score of the experiment group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The experimental inflammatory indexes(CRP,IL-β,TNF-α)of the experiment group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;the excellent and good rate of the improved MacNab standard in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Bushen Qushi decoction is very significant in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,it can relieve the clinical symptoms in time,make the limb function recover more effectively,change the inflammatory state of the body,and better realize the treatment of the disease.
