摘要
由于临床老年病的独特性,常规应用成年人疾病的诊疗模式往往无法起到很好的作用,“杂合以治”的诊疗模式更适合于老年病。文章将阐述“杂合以治”的历史,并结合老年病的特点,从诊断、治疗、“治未病”三方面具体阐述“杂合以治”辨治思想在老年病中的应用。
Due to the uniqueness of clinically senile diseases,the conventional pattern of diagnosis and treatment for senile diseases often can not paly a good role.The diagnosis and treatment mode of“comprehensive treatment”is more suitable for the diagnosis and treatment of senile diseases.In this article,based on consulting the history of“comprehensive treatment”,and combined with the characteristics of senile diseases,the application of“comprehensive treatment”syndrome differentiation and treatment thought in treating senile diseases was elaborated from the three aspects of diagnosis,treatment,and“preventive treatment”.
