采用PDCA循环管理规范重点监控药品合理使用的实践

Practice of standardizing rational use of key monitoring drugs by PDCA cycle management

目的促进医院重点监控药品临床合理使用。方法采用PDCA循环对重点监控药品的使用进行管理,并对PDCA循环管理前(2018年4月—2018年9月)、管理后(2018年10月—2019年3月)我院重点监控药品使用情况进行分析,评价管理效果。结果采取PDCA循环管理后,我院重点监控药品使用金额下降幅度达32.37%,重点监控药品金额占比由19.83%降至13.12%;全院药占比降幅达3.83%,患者人均重点监控药品费用下降35.71%;使用金额排名前20的重点监控药品总使用金额下降幅度达42.18%;大部分临床科室重点监控药品占比下降比例在3.63%~81.51%,重点监控药品占比达标科室由2个增加到16个。结论PDCA循环管理能有效减少重点监控药品的使用,明显降低药品费用,促进临床合理用药。

Objective To promote rational use of key monitoring drugs.Methods PDCA cycle management was used to manage the use of key monitoring drugs.The use of key monitoring drugs before(April 2018 to September 2018)and after(October 2018 to March 2019)PDCA cycle management in our hospital was analyzed,so as to evaluate the management effects.Results After PDCA cycle management,consumption sum of key monitoring drugs decreased by 32.37%.The proportion of key monitoring drugs in all drugs fell from 19.83%to 13.12%.The drug ratio reduced by 3.83%,and per capita cost of key monitoring drugs lowered by 35.71%.The consumption sum of top 20 key monitoring drugs dropped by 42.18%.The decline proportion of key monitoring drugs in most clinical departments reached 3.63%~81.51%,and the number of clinical departments with the proportion of key monitored drugs reached standard upped from 2 to 16.Conclusion PDCA cycle management can effectively reduce the use of key monitoring drugs,with significantly reduce drug cost,which has promoted clinical rational drug use.
