Famous TCM Master ZHENG Xuejun's academic thought on the treatment of Behcet's disease

郑学军是山西省名老中医,从事周围血管及皮肤病的治疗有40余载,对于中医药防治白塞氏病具有丰富的临床经验。郑学军主任认为白塞氏病是一种病因尚未明确的免疫系统疾病,中医辨证与“湿、热、瘀、虚”密切相关,同时中医辨证要与西医辨病相结合,临床主要表现为口、眼、生殖器的反复慢性溃疡,同时还伴有其他非特异性表现,因此可分为口舌生疮型、静脉血栓型、结节性红斑型,故中药的选择各有偏重。文章通过分析郑主任对白塞氏病的认识及用药经验,总结郑老的学术思想,并举案佐证。

ZHENG Xuejun is a famous TCM master in Shanxi Province.He has been engaged in the treatment of peripheral vascular and skin diseases for more than 40 years and has rich clinical experience in the prevention and treatment of Behçet's disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Director ZHENG Xuejun believes that Behçet's disease is a disease of the immune system,of which the etiology is not clear.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)differentiation is closely related to"dampness,heat,blood stasis,and deficiency".At the same time,TCM differentiation should be combined with Western medicine and common clinical manifestations.The main clinical manifestations are repeated chronic ulcers of the mouth,eyes,and genitals,along with other non-specific manifestations.Therefore,it can be divided into mouth and tongue sore type,venous thrombosis type,and nodular erythema type.Therefore,the choice of Chinese medicine is different.This article analyzes Director ZHENG's understanding of Behcet's disease and his medication experience,summarizes ZHENG's academic thoughts,and presents case evidence.
