Study on the mechanism of Taochen Shenmo decoction in treating membranous nephropathy

目的:膜性肾病发病率逐年增长,其病因及发病机制复杂且不明确,是临床常见的难治之病。目前临床常用的激素联合免疫抑制剂方案虽取得良好疗效,但不良反应亦不可避免。大量的现代研究表明,中医药治疗膜性肾病,在改善肾功能、控制蛋白尿、缓解水肿方面疗效显著,并且在减少不良反应和增强临床疗效方面有显著优势。

The incidence rate of membranous nephropathy is increasing year by year.The etiology and pathogenesis of membranous nephropathy are complex and unclear.At present,the commonly used hormone combined with immunosuppressant regimen has achieved good curative effects,but the side effects are inevitable.A large number of modern studies show that traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in the treatment of membranous nephropathy,which can improve renal function,control proteinuria,relieve edema,and reduce side effects and adverse reactions and enhance clinical efficacy.
