感觉统合训练在儿童多动症中的临床疗效及对脑电图指标的影响观察 被引量:5

Observation on Clinical Effect of Sensory Integration Training in Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Its Influence on Electroencephalogram Indexes

摘要 目的:探究及观察感觉统合训练在儿童多动症中的临床疗效及对脑电图指标的影响。方法:选取2019年4月-2021年2月湖北省荆门市妇幼保健院的100例多动症儿童为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规治疗干预)和观察组(常规治疗干预联合感觉统合训练),每组50例。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表评分及脑电图指标(脑电频率及脑电功率)。结果:观察组治疗1、2个疗程总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表评分及脑电图指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗1、2个疗程儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表评分及脑电图指标较治疗前均改善,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:感觉统合训练在儿童多动症中的临床疗效较好,且对脑电图指标有积极的改善作用,因此在儿童多动症中的应用价值较高。 Objective:To investigate and observe the clinical effect of sensory integration training in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and its influence on electroencephalogram indexes.Method:A total of 100 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder from April 2019 to February 2021 in Jingmen Women and Children Health Hospital were chosen as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group (routine treatment and intervention) and the observation group (routine treatment and intervention combined with sensory integration training group) according the random number table method,50 cases in each group.Then the total effective rates,Children’s sensory integration development rating scale scores and electroencephalogram indexes (EEG frequency and EEG power) before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rates of the observation group at 1 and 2 course of treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group (P0.05);at 1 and 2 course of treatment,the Children’s sensory integration development rating scale scores and electroencephalogram indexes of two group were significantly improved compared with those of before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of sensory integration training in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is better,and its improvement role for the electroencephalogram indexes is active,so its application value in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is higher.
