摘要
目的:探讨输尿管结石(UC)患者术中低体温发生的影响因素。方法:以方便抽样法选择2020年1月-2021年11月就诊于萍乡矿业集团有限责任公司总医院的96例UC患者为研究对象。收集资料,分析UC患者术中低体温发生的影响因素。结果:UC患者术中低体温发生率为41.67%(40/96);单因素分析显示,发生低体温患者年龄≥60岁、体重指数(BMI)<25 kg/m^(2)、手术时间≥1.5 h、灌注量≥3 000 mL、输液量≥2 000 mL比例均高于未发生低体温患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两者性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、结石直径、ASA分级、术中失血量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);多因素分析显示,年龄≥60岁[β=1.207,OR=3.343,95%CI(1.430,7.814)]、BMI<25 kg/m^(2)[β=1.003,OR=2.727,95%CI(1.094,6.800)]、手术时间≥1.5 h[β=1.745,OR=5.727,95%CI(2.091,15.687)]、灌注量≥3 000 mL[β=2.801,OR=16.467,95%CI(3.617,74.973)]、输液量≥2 000 mL[β=1.173,OR=3.231,95%CI(1.199,8.705)]均是UC患者术中低体温发生的高危因素(P<0.05)。结论:UC患者术中低体温发生与年龄、BMI、手术时间、灌注量、输液量均有关。
Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of intraoperative hypothermia in patients with ureteral calculi (UC).Method:A total of 96 patients with UC treated in General Hospital of Pingxiang Mining Group Co.,Ltd.from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected by convenient sampling method.Data were collected to analyze the influencing factors of intraoperative hypothermia in patients with UC.Result:The incidence of intraoperative hypothermia in UC patients was 41.67% (40/96).Univariate analysis showed that the proportion of age ≥60 years old,BMI0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that age ≥60 years old[β=1.207,OR=3.343,95%CI (1.430,7.814)],BMI<25 kg/m~2[β=1.003,OR=2.727,95%CI (1.094,6.800)],operation time ≥1.5 h[β=1.745,OR=5.727,95%CI (2.091,15.687)],perfusion volume ≥3 000 mL[β=2.801,OR=16.467,95%CI (3.617,74.973)],infusion volume ≥2 000 mL[β=1.173,OR=3.231,95%CI (1.199,8.705)]were high risk factors of intraoperative hypothermia in patients with UC (P<0.05).Conclusion:The occurrence of intraoperative hypothermia in patients with UC is related to age,BMI,operation time,perfusion volume and infusion volume.
