摘要
目的:探讨柴平养胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年12月沂南县中医医院脾胃病科96例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例;对照组采用单纯西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上加用柴平养胃汤,比较两组的疗效和症状改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的胃镜疗效、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ和胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ与胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ的比值(Pepsinogen Ⅰ/Pepsinogen Ⅱ,PGR)均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性萎缩性胃炎常规西药治疗基础上加用中药柴平养胃汤,可有效提升临床疗效。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the Chaiping Yangwei decoction(柴平养胃汤)on chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:Ninety-six cases from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as research objects and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine alone,and the observation group was treated additionally with the Chaiping Yangwei decoction.Results:After treatment,the gastroscopic efficacy,pepsinogen Ⅰ and PGR levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating chronic atrophic gastritis with routine Western medicine plus the Chaiping Yangwei decoction can effectively improve the clinical curative effect.
