消食饮治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效评估

The clinical efficacy of Xiaoshi Yin on anorexia in children

目的:评估验方消食饮的疗效。方法:将门诊采集的2~4岁厌食症患儿120例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例,治疗组以消食饮治疗,对照组以健儿素冲剂治疗,1个疗程后进行整体疗效评估。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组主要症状积分下降幅度显著优于对照组;治疗组在增加体质量方面优于对照组。结论:消食饮用于治疗小儿厌食症疗效确切。

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of empirical prescription,Xiaoshi Yin(消食饮).Methods:A total of 120 cases of aged 2 to 14 collected in outpatient clinics were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with Xiaoshi Yin,and the control group was treated with the Jianersu granules(健儿素冲剂).The treatment lasted for one course.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The decrease of main symptom scores in the treatment group was more significantly better than the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group in increasing body weight.Conclusion:Xiaoshi Yin is an accurate treatment for anorexia in children.
