中医康复在全髋关节置换术围手术期的应用研究

The effects of TCM rehabilitation on perioperative period of total hip replacement

目的:分析中医康复在全髋关节置换术(Total Hip Replacement,THR)围手术期的干预效果。方法:研究时间2019年9月-2020年8月,共计THR患者50例。根据随机法分组,治疗组26例采取中医康复干预,对照组24例采取常规干预。对比干预效果。结果:治疗组的髋关节功能优良率显著高于对照组。干预后,治疗组的髋关节功能评分均高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,运动功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:为THR患者采取中医康复干预可以改善髋关节功能,缩短治疗周期,且能恢复运动功能,具有较高的安全性。

Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of TCM rehabilitation on perioperative period of total hip replacement.Methods:A total of 50 cases were studied from September 2019 to August 2020.According to the random method,with 26 cases in the treatment group were given TCM rehabilitation intervention,and 24 cases in the control group were given routine intervention.Results:The excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the treatment group was higher than the control group.After the intervention,the hip joint function score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the hospitalization time in the treatment group was shorter than the control group,the motor function score in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:TCM rehabilitation intervention on THR patients can improve the hip joint function,shorten the treatment cycle,and restore the motor function,with high safety.
