棉花海A胞质不育系中1-2A的特点及应用

Characteristics and Application of 1-2A in Cotton Hai A Cytoplasmic Sterile Line

为了培育出新的海A胞质不育系,从而实现中长绒陆地棉“三系”配套。作者以海A胞质不育系与中1-2(保持系)回交,连续3年6代,选育出优质胞质不育系中1-2A;并以中1-2A为母本,恢复系11R为父本,获得杂交种三师棉12。对其农艺、产量和品质性状进行分析,并在棉铃生长30天时对棉铃生理性状进行测试。结果表明:一是中1-2A具备100%的胞质不育性,利用11R恢复系可使中1-2A恢复成可育;二是中1-2A比对照中棉所49和中1-2的棉铃内含液态物生理指标有较大差异;三是杂交种三师棉12中的天冬氨酸含量最高,表现为铃大、衣分高、丰产和优质的特性。

In order to cultivate a new Hai A CMS line, so as to realize the “three-line” matching of medium and long-staple upland cotton. The author backcrossed the Hai A CMS line with Zhong 1-2(maintainer line) for 3 years and 6 generations, and bred the high-quality CMS line Zhong 1-2 A;and with Zhong 1-2 A as the female parent and restorer line 11 R as the male parent, the hybrid Sanshi Cotton 12 was obtained. The agronomic, yield and quality traits were analyzed, and the boll physiological traits were tested when the bolls were grown for 30 days. The results showed that: firstly, Zhong1-2 A had 100% cytoplasmic sterility, and the 11 R restorer line could restore Zhong1-2 A to fertile;The second is that the ratio of Zhong 1-2 A is quite different from that of the control cotton bolls of Zhongmian Institute 49 and Zhong 1-2. Thirdly, the content of aspartic acid in the hybrid Sanshi Cotton 12 is the highest, which is characterized by large boll, high lint, high yield and high quality.
