摘要
能源的高效率使用关系到区域经济的绿色增长以及社会高质量发展。为了研究能源效率现状及影响因素,基于2019年长江城市带11个省市的数据,利用非期望产出EBM模型对长江经济带能源经济效率、环境效率以及生态效率进行测算,在此基础上结合Tobit模型分析能源生态效率的影响因素。研究发现,能源生态效率最低,并且区域间差异较大。产业结构对能源生态效率的影响最明显。此外,财政投入对能源生态效率的影响没有达到预期效果,因此,得出应从能源使用政策、区域合作、产业结构、财政投入力度等方面着手来提高长江经济带的能源生态效率。
The efficient use of energy is related to the green growth of regional economy and the high-quality development of society.In order to study the present situation of energy efficiency and its influencing factors,and to provide reference for regional development adjustment.Based on the data of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River urban belt in 2019,the paper calculates the economic efficiency,environmental efficiency and eco-efficiency of energy in the Yangtze River economic belt by using the undesired output EBM model.On this basis,the influence factors of energy eco-efficiency are analyzed with Tobit model.It is found that the energy eco-efficiency is the lowest and the regional difference is large.The industrial structure has the most obvious impact on energy eco-efficiency.In addition,the effect of financial investment on energy eco-efficiency has not reached the preset effect.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the energy eco-efficiency of the Yangtze River economic belt from the aspects of energy use policy,regional cooperation,industrial structure and financial investment.
