马克思恩格斯的城乡关系与人的发展思想是在批判吸收空想社会主义思想和观点基础上提出的。马克思恩格斯站在人类历史的高度,深刻揭示了城乡关系的演变过程及其对人的发展带来的影响,即城乡关系的发展演变经历了从城乡同一到城乡分离与对立,最后到城乡融合的三个发展阶段。与城乡关系的发展相对应,人的发展经历了人的早期发展、畸形片面发展及自由全面发展三个阶段。新时代我国实施乡村振兴与新型城镇化协同发展,共建以人为本的城乡融合和谐社会,这既是以人为核心的理念在城乡关系中的具体实践运用,也是对马克思主义城乡关系理论中国化的丰富和发展。

Marx and Engels put forward their thoughts on urban-rural relations and human development on the basis of criticizing and absorbing utopian socialist thoughts and views.Marx and Engels deeply revealed the evolution process of urban-rural relationship and its influence on human development,namely,the development and evolution of urban-rural relationship experienced three stages of development,from urban-rural identity to urban-rural separation and opposition,and finally to urban-rural integration,corresponding to the development of urban-rural relationship.Human development has experienced three stages:early development,deformed and one-sided development and free and comprehensive development.The new era of new pattern rural revitalization and urbanization in our country coordinates the development of the two roads,and jointly promotes the construction of people-oriented urban and rural integration of a harmonious society,which is a human-centered concept applied to the concrete practice of relationship between urban and rural areas,and also the enrichment and development of the sinicization of marxist urban-rural relationship theory.
