摘要
大数据时代背景下,数据安全面临严峻挑战,隐私计算能够解决这一问题。隐私计算是在保护数据不外泄的前提下实现对数据计算分析的信息技术。区块链拥有不可篡改、可追溯等特性,将区块链应用在隐私计算中,发挥其优势,实现技术多元应用。首先介绍区块链和隐私计算的相关技术,分析隐私计算所面临的问题以及区块链赋能隐私计算;其次总结现有的区块链应用在多方安全计算、联邦学习、可信执行环境中的研究理论进展;最后展望区块链应用在隐私计算中的发展趋势。
In the context of big data era,safety of data is facing serious challenges,and privacy computing can solve this problem.Privacy computing was the information technology that could realize the calculation and analysis of data on the premise of protecting data from leakage.Blockchain has the characteristics of non-tampering and traceability.Applying blockchain in privacy computing and taking its advantage could realize multiple applications of the technology.Firstly,the technologies related to blockchain and privacy computing was introduced,and the problems faced by privacy computing and blockchain-enabled privacy computing was analyzed.Secondly,the existing research theoretical progress and problems of blockchain applications in secure multi-party computation,federated learning,and trusted execution environments were reviewed.Finally,the development trend of blockchain applications in privacy computing was explored.
