合成超细硅酸铝在装饰原纸生产中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 对合成超细硅酸铝部分替代钛白粉用作装饰原纸的填料,分别在较高和较低钛白粉填充量时进行了探讨,并在装饰原纸产品上进行了应用实验。结果表明:混合颜料可提高钛白粉的保留率,在较高的钛白粉填充量时,可改善钛白粉的分散,并能提高遮盖力,最大可实现15%的替代率,遮盖力变化不大;在较低钛白粉填充量时,效果不明显;可以得到更佳的亮度,改善印刷性能、耐光性,减少设备的损耗;颜料成本可降低5%以上。 The synthetic ultrafine aluminum silicate partially replacing titanium dioxide as the filler of decorative base paper was discussed,and the application tests were carried out on decorative base paper products at high and low titanium dioxide filling levels.The results show that the mixed pigment can improve the retention rate of titanium dioxide.When the filling amount of titanium dioxide is high,the dispersion of titanium dioxide can be improved,and the hiding power can be improved.The maximum replacement rate can be achieved by 15%,and the hiding power has little change.When the filling amount of titanium dioxide is low,the effect is not obvious.Mixed pigments can obtain better brightness,improve printing performance and light resistance,and reduce equipment loss.Pigment costs can be reduced by more than 5%.
