盾构废弃泥浆的脱水固化处理研究

摘要 为科学有效的处理盾构废弃泥浆,加入絮凝剂进行絮凝脱水试验,并用石灰、石膏、水泥、硅酸钠作为固化材料对脱水后的泥浆进行固化处理。研究表明泥浆含水率分别为85%、90%、95%时,达到最佳脱水效果的絮凝剂掺量分别为0.2%、0.1%、0.1%。硅酸钠能够显著提高泥浆的早期强度,泥浆的强度随水泥掺量的增加而提升。当硅酸钠掺量为1%,水泥掺量为2%时,泥浆28d最高强度为1.5MPa,可作为建筑填料使用,解决了废弃泥浆的处理问题。 To scientifically and effectively deal with the shield waste mud,dewatering tests were carried out by add⁃ing flocculants,and lime,gypsum,cement,and sodium silicate were employed to cure the dewatered mud.The re⁃sults show that the flocculant dosing amounts to achieve the best dewatering effect were 0.2%,0.1%,and 0.1%when the water content of mud was 85%,90%and 95%,respectively.Sodium silicate can significantly improve the early strength of slurry,and the strength of slurry increases with the increase of cement dosing.When the sodium silicate dosing was 1%and the cement dosing was 2%,the maximum strength of the mud at 28d was 1.5MPa,which could be used as construction filler and solved the disposal problem of waste mud.
