摘要
文中对严寒地区不同类型的基层墙体,粘贴了单层或双层的真空绝热板进行保温隔热,并对保温墙体进行了传热模拟及现场红外热成像试验。运用二维稳态传热计算软件PTemp和有限元分析软件ANSYS模拟了不同情况下的温度场云图和热流矢量图。通过分析界面温度和实际墙体表面热工缺陷情况,探究了真空绝热板在粘贴过程中减少热桥及热工缺陷的措施,提出在实际应用过程中对初步设计进行模拟,以优化真空绝热板粘贴方案,确保真空绝热板外保温系统的保温效果、耐久性和安全性,为真空绝热板在严寒地区建筑应用的设计和施工提供参考依据。
Single-layer and double-layer vacuum insulation boards for thermal insulation were installed on the walls in cold regions,and heat transfer simulation and on-site infrared thermal imaging tests are carried out on insu⁃lation walls.The temperature field nephogram and heat flow vector diagram under different conditions were analyzed by PTemp software and ANSYS software.By analyzing the interface temperature and the actual thermal defects of the wall surface,the measures to reduce the thermal bridge and thermal defects of the vacuum insulation board dur⁃ing the pasting process were explored.The simulation of the predesign during the application process is proposed to optimize the pasting method of vacuum insulation board,including thermal insulation effect,durability,and safety of the STP external insulation system.It provides the reference for the design and construction of the vacuum insulation board in severe cold regions.
