摘要
考虑到传统坑道钻机在进行掘进巷道探放水作业过程中由于体积大而不便于快速安装作业的问题,本文设计了一种掘锚一体机机载式探放水钻机。分析了掘进工作面探放水作业工况和功能需求,根据自顶向下的设计过程,提出了新颖的超前探放水钻机的整体结构和加装于掘锚机上的安装方式,设计了超前探放水钻机的机械系统。通过对本课题设计研发的掘锚一体机机载式探放水钻机在煤矿现场掘进工作面进行工业性试验,安装在掘锚机上的探放水钻机在准备工作阶段要比分离的坑道式探放水钻机能够节约80%的时间。根据现场反馈本课题研发的探放水钻机具有较好的应用和推广价值。
Considering the problem that the traditional tunnel drilling rig is not convenient for rapid installation due to its large volume in the process of water exploration and drainage in the driving roadway,an airborne water exploration and drainage drilling rig with excavation anchor integrated machine is designed in this paper.The working conditions and functional requirements of water exploration and drainage in the heading face are analyzed.According to the top-down design process,the overall structure of the novel advanced water exploration and drainage drill and the installation mode installed on the anchor digging machine are put forward,and the mechanical system of the advanced water exploration and drainage drill is designed.Through the industrial test of the integrated excavation and anchor machine airborne water exploration and drainage rig designed and developed in this subject in the coal mine field heading face,the water exploration and drainage rig installed on the excavation and anchor machine can save 80%of the time in the preparation stage than the separated tunnel water exploration and drainage rig.According to the field feedback,the exploration and drainage drilling machine developed in this subject has good application and promotion value.
