摘要
新一轮全球科技革命和产业变革,加快了制造产业智能化转型。本文基于工业互联网技术,分别从维度和空间的角度提出了一种智能化加工实验平台架构设计,旨在提高加工实验平台的工作效率、运行安全及智能程度。根据此架构建立了基于工业互联网的激光雕刻智能化加工实验平台,并对平台进行实际应用分析,验证其架构的可行性,证明了该架构通过工业互联网技术,实现了多空间的信息化交互,完成了对物理设备的在线化监控,赋予了加工实验平台智能化属性,提高了生产效率与安全性;并为今后设计符合工业互联网标准的智能化制造系统、设备,提供了参考与借鉴。
A new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform has accelerated the intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry.Based on industrial Internet technology,this paper proposes an architecture design of intelligent processing experimental platform from the perspective of dimension and space,in order to improve the work efficiency,operation safety and intelligence of the processing experimental platform.According to this architecture,a laser engraving intelligent processing experimental platform based on industrial Internet is established and the practical application analysis of the platform is carried out to verify the feasibility of its architecture.It is proved that the architecture realizes multi space information interaction through industrial Internet technology,completes the online monitoring of physical equipment,endows the processing experimental platform with the intelligent attribute and improves the production efficiency and safety;It also provides a reference for designing intelligent manufacturing systems and equipment in line with industrial Internet standards in the future.
