摘要
为了实现孔明锁产品的无人化、智能化生产,以数控机床、双臂机器人为主体,研究全生周期智能制造生产线的设计。该生产线包括立体仓库、数控加工、半成品检测、激光打码、产品装配、成品检验、包装喷码等工位,实现了孔明锁的智能化生产。经过实践验证,该生产线不但提高了孔明锁产品的加工效率,而且提升了工件的加工质量,具有较高的应用价值。
In order to realize the unmanned and intelligent production of Kongming lock products,taking CNC machine tools and double arm robots as the main body,the design of life cycle intelligent manufacturing production line is studied.The production line includes three-dimensional warehouse,NC processing,semi-finished product detection,laser coding,product assembly,finished product inspection,packaging and code spraying,and realizes the intelligent production of Kongming lock.The practice shows that the production line not only improves the processing efficiency of Kongming lock products,but also improves the processing quality of workpieces,and has high application value.
