在多种机械设备,尤其是在传动类型的机械设备中,润滑必不可少,其能够减少机械设备在运行过程当中,所产生的摩擦,降低由摩擦所引起的高温,从而对机械设备起到保护作用,延长机械设备的使用寿命,并提高机械设备的运行效率。就板坯连铸机而言,其结构组成较为复杂,涉及到的摩擦副较多,需要的润滑数量和要求也较高,在这样的情况下,就需要对其配置相应的润滑系统,来保证板坯连铸机在运行过程当中,其各部分都能够得到充分的润滑保护,这对于保障板坯连铸机的正常运行、生产来说,必不可少。本文基于作者自身的实际工作经验与学习认识,首先简单阐述了润滑系统对板坯连铸机的重要性,然后主要就目前板坯连铸机的干油集中润滑系统和油气润滑系统进行了介绍和应用分析,希望能为相关工作的实践提供参考。
