碳纤维布加固钢轴扭转性能实验研究

摘要 轴零件在长期的使用过程中,经常出现裂纹,甚至发生断裂。本文提出将碳纤维布加固技术应用到受扭转的钢轴试件上,制定了合理的粘贴碳纤维布粘贴方案。实验主要研究了不同性能的环氧树脂胶,粘贴层数以及锚固措施对粘贴碳纤维布的钢轴扭转性能的影响。通过分析钢轴扭矩-扭转角曲线的变化,得出了粘贴碳纤维布对钢轴屈服扭矩有一定的提高作用,并且能够有效地减小钢轴的扭转角。 It is usual to present crack or even break for axis components in the long-term application.In this work,a reinforcing technology with CFRP has been proposed to apply in torsion steel axis,and it makes the reasonable program of pasting method of CFRP.The experimental studies with the different properties epoxy,pasting single,double CFRP and anchorage were analyzed and discussed.The results indicated that the torque-torsion angle change of steel axis can improve the torque strength and effectively reduce the torsion angle of steel axis.
