本文以起重机械制动下滑量的检测方法为研究对象,经过多个技术方案的反复论证,最终研制并开发出了新型的便携式高精度起重机械制动下滑量检测仪,实现了对起重机械制动下滑量的非接触检测,整体技术性能国内领先,该检测仪的应用推广将大幅提高我国起重机械制动下滑量指标的检测水平。

This paper takes the detection method of crane braking sliding amount as the research object.After repeated demonstration of several technical schemes,a new portable high-precision crane braking sliding amount detector is finally developed,which realizes the non-contact detection of crane braking sliding amount,and the overall technical performance is leading in China,The application and popularization of the detector will greatly improve the detection level of crane braking sliding index in China.
