板坯连铸机械常见故障及应对措施分析

摘要 在现行高标准、高需求的炼钢背景下,工业领域不断革新生产方式,优化管理模式,以适应性更加复杂的市场环境。而板坯连铸机作为工业炼钢的关键设备,可在保障其产量的同时,保障其最终钢材最终质量。事实上,梳理目前板坯连铸机应用方式与管理模式可以看出,其还存在部分故障因素,会影响工厂生产。因此,有必要梳理板坯连铸机具体故障,明确各故障原因及应对措施。据此,本文在笔者自身工作经验基础上,以板坯连铸机基本概念为基点,并在探究其常见故障、应对措施基础上,提出相关建议。 Under the current high standard and high demand steel-making background,the industrial field continues to innovate the production mode and optimize the management mode to adapt to the more complex market environment.As the key equipment of industrial steelmaking,continuous caster can ensure its output and the final quality of steel at the same time.In fact,combing the current application mode and management mode of continuous caster,it can be seen that there are still some fault factors that will affect factory production.Therefore,it is necessary to sort out the specific faults of continuous caster and clarify the causes and Countermeasures of each fault.Therefore,based on the author's own work experience,based on the basic concept of continuous casting machine,and on the basis of exploring its common faults and countermeasures,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions.
