摘要
在一带一路重要“支点”—霍尔果斯口岸由通道经济向口岸经济转变,高新产业飞速发展,对创新型应用型人才需求不断增高的背景下,分析了地方高校工科教师存在的不重视实践教学、实践教学能力本位化且无法形成体系、缺少培养创新型应用型人才实践教学能力等问题,从政策层面、技术层面和经济层面阐述了通过产学合作协同育人项目提高教师实践教学能力的可行性,总结了教师赴企业学习进修、企业进高校举办培训、产学合作企业-高校-霍尔果斯高新企业间合作应该注意的问题,以期为提升地方高校工科教师实践教学能力的相关研究提供参考。
Under the background of the transformation of Horgos from channel economy to port economy,the rapid development of high-tech industry and the increasing demand for compound and innovative talents,analyze the problems of engineering teachers in local universities,such as not paying attention to practical teaching,the standardization of practical teaching ability,unable to form a system and the lack of practical teaching ability to cultivate innovative and applied talents.From the perspective of policy,technology and economy,expounds the feasibility of improving teachers'practical teaching ability through the industry-university cooperation project,and summarizes that teachers go to enterprises for further study,enterprises enter universities and other problems that should be paid attention to,in order to provide reference for the relevant research.
