摘要
某重型卡车使用的铝合金油箱在市场应用过程中,暴露出放油塞凸台处开裂、放油塞焊接处漏油问题,存在重大安全隐患。文章对其结构展开分析验证,明确原因主要是由于放油塞密封结构及布置位置不合理而导致的。后通过焊接缺陷分析、振动耐久试验、材料对比试验、密封可靠性以及工艺改进等多方面分析验证,优化现有结构,解决油箱漏油问题,提升燃油箱耐久度,减少市场损失,为后续油箱改进提升研究提供参考依据。
The aluminum alloy fuel tank used by a heavy-duty truck has been exposed to the problems of cracking at the drain plug boss and leaking oil at the weld of the drain plug in the market application process.The paper analyzes and verifies the structure of the oil drain plug and finds that the reason is mainly caused by the unreasonable structure and layout of the seal.After that,through analysis and verification of welding defects,vibration endurance test,material comparison test,sealing reliability and process improvement,the existing structure is optimized to solve the oil leakage problem of the fuel tank,improve the durability of the fuel tank,reduce market loss,and provide a reference for the subsequent research on the improvement of the fuel tank.
