聚乙烯微孔透气膜专用料的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以聚乙烯共混体系为基础树脂,在聚烯烃弹性体(POE)为增韧剂与碳酸钙为致孔剂的作用下,研究了透气膜专用料的不同配比条件对聚乙烯透气膜加工、力学及透气等性能方面的影响,构筑了性能符合微孔透气膜要求的共混专用料。研究结果表明,采用POE,用量达到15%左右时,对共混体系的增益效果最佳;而采用碳酸钙作为致孔剂时,当其含量从30%增加到50%,透气膜的拉伸强度下降约10%,但孔隙率从27.3%增加到47.2%,透过性能大幅度提高。 Polyethylene blend system is used as the base resin,polyolefin elastomer(POE)as the toughening agent and calcium carbonate as the pore-forming agent,the effects of different proportions of special materials for the membrane on the processing,mechanical and air permeability of polyethylene membrane are studied.A special blend material with performance meeting the requirements of microporous membrane is constructed.The results show that when POE is used as toughening agent and its dosage is about 15%,the gain effect of blending system is the best.When calcium carbonate is used as a pore-forming agent,the tensile strength of the permeable film decreases by about 10%when its content increases from 30%to 50%,yet the porosity increases from 27.3%to 47.2%result in a greatly improved of the gas permeation performance.
