摘要
通过对市场退回的早期容量损失的电池进行放电容量测试、电极电位测试和解剖分析,研究电动自行车电池早期容量损失问题。导致动力电池早期容量损失主要失效模式为正极板栅界面钝化。由于电池组的一致性问题,电池落后单格发生严重过放电,使正极板栅与铅膏界面发生钝化,最终导致电池早期容量损失。
The early capacity loss of electric bicycle battery was studied by discharging capacity test,electrode potential test and anatomic analysis of the early capacity loss battery.The results showed that the main failure mode leading to the early capacity loss of power battery was passivation of positive gird/mass interface.Due to the consistency of the battery,serious overdischarge occurred in the disabled single cell of the battery,which resulted in passivation of the interface between the positive grid and the mass,and ultimately led to the early capacity loss of the battery.
