摘要
对蓄电池冷起动能力的概念进行了详细阐释,分析了影响冷起动电流大小的主要因素,总结了对于相同容量的蓄电池,提高冷起动电流的途径及其可能带来的负面影响。冷起动电流大则蓄电池冷起动能力强,但并不是越大越好。一味地增大蓄电池的冷起动电流,会对蓄电池的寿命、充电接受能力等带来负面影响,所以在设计时要权衡蓄电池的综合性能。
In this paper,the concept of cold starting capability of battery was explained indetail,the main factors affecting cold cranking current value were analyzed,the ways to improve cold cranking current value of battery with the same capacity and its possible negative effects were summarized.A high cold cranking current value results in a strong cold starting ability of the battery,but it is not that the larger the cold cranking current value,the better the battery.Blindly increasing the cold cranking current value of the battery will have a negative impact on the life and charge acceptance of the battery.The comprehensive performance of the battery should be weighed in the design.
