摘要
目的探讨多模态图像融合联合3D打印在中央区窦镰旁肿瘤手术中的应用效果。方法收集福建省立医院神经外科收治的24例中央区窦镰旁肿瘤手术患者的临床资料,根据患者术前颅脑计算机断层扫描成像(CT)与磁共振成像(MRI)等多模态图像资料进行分析与处理,利用Mimics 15.0软件进一步提取数据信息,重建出所需的三维可视化复合虚拟模型并3D打印出实体化模型。结果所有患者均成功构建中央区窦镰旁肿瘤虚拟模型并实体化,利用该模型制定手术预案、指导术中操作,顺利完成手术,评价良好。结论多模态影像融合联合3D打印可为中央区窦镰旁肿瘤手术提供全面直观的立体解剖信息,提高手术安全性并取得更好预后。
Objective To investigate the application effect of multimodal image fusion and 3D printing technology on the resection surgery of the adjacent sickle sinus tumor in central area.Methods Clinical data of 24 patients treated with resection surgery of the adjacent sickle sinus tumor in central area who were admitted by Neurosurgery Department of Fujian Provincial Hospital were collected.The patients’preoperative brain computed tomography(CT)imaging and magnetic resonance(MRI)imaging and other multimodal image data were analyzed and processed.More information was got using Mimics 15.0 software.The required 3D visualized composite virtual model was reconstructed and the real materialized model with 3D technology was printed out.Results All the patients successfully constructed and materialized the virtual model of the adjacent sickle sinus tumor in central area.The model was used to formulate the surgical plan and guide the intraoperative operation,and the operation was successfully completed with good evaluation.Conclusion Multimodal image fusion and 3D printing can provide comprehensive and intuitive anatomical information for the resection surgery of adjacent sickle sinus tumor in central area,improve surgical safety and achieve better prognosis.
