造口患者参与能力和决策参与满意度的相关性

Correlation Between Participation Ability and Satisfaction of Decision-Making Participation of Stoma Patients

目的调查造口患者参与能力和参与医疗决策满意度现状,并探讨二者间的关系。方法采用便利抽样法,选取一般资料调查表、患者参与能力量表、患者对医疗决策参与满意度问卷对2019年10—12月于河南省5所三级甲等医院就诊的119例造口患者进行调查。结果116例造口患者参与能力总分为(112.51±15.96)分,其中情绪管理能力维度得分最低;患者对医疗决策参与满意度总分(69.77±8.50)分,其中决策满意度维度得分最低。相关分析显示,造口患者参与能力和患者对医疗决策参与满意度各维度得分均呈正相关。结论造口患者参与能力处于中等水平,且患者参与能力和患者对医疗决策参与满意度呈正相关,提示医务人员应注重造口患者参与能力的培养,以提高患者对医疗决策参与的满意度。

Objective To investigate the status of stoma patients’participation ability and satisfaction of participating in medical decision-making,and explore the relationship between the two indexes.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 119 stoma patients who were treated in 5 hospitals in Henan Province from October to December 2019.General information questionnaire,patient participation ability scale and patient satisfaction survey questionnaire for patient participation in medical decision-making were used to investigate corresponding information.Results A total of 116 stoma patients had a total score of(112.51±15.96)points for participation ability,of which the emotional management ability dimension score was the lowest.The patients’total score for medical decision-making participation satisfaction was(69.77±8.50)points,and the decision satisfaction dimension score was the lowest.Correlation analysis showed there was a positive correlation between the stoma patients’participation ability and the patients’satisfaction with medical decision-making participation in all dimensions.Conclusion The participation ability of stoma patients is at a moderate level,and the participation ability of patients is positively correlated with the patients’satisfaction in participating medical decision-making.It’s suggested that medical staff should focus on the cultivation of stoma patients’participation ability,so as to improve the satisfaction of patients’decision-making participation.
