文献计量学视角下的酒精性肝硬化患者护理研究的可视化分析

Visualizing Analysis of Nursing Care of Patients with Alcoholic Liver Cirrhosis Based on Bibliometrics

目的对国内酒精性肝硬化患者护理的相关研究进行可视化分析,从整体上掌握该领域的研究现状,为酒精性肝硬化患者护理和学术研究提供借鉴。方法基于中国知网数据库,借鉴文献计量学的理论与方法,对该主题的研究文献进行梳理和挖掘,对该主题的研究热点和重点关注领域进行分析。结果该主题的研究文献总体呈指数增长趋势,研究学科主要集中在临床医学、消化系统疾病和中医学等学科,针对该主题的研究主要集中在糖尿病、肝硬化、肝细胞癌、原发性肝癌等领域,其中糖尿病领域的研究从骨髓间充质干细胞、慢性肝病研究向肠道菌群演变;肝硬化领域从降钙素原、奥曲肽研究向门静脉高压、安全性等演变;肝细胞癌领域的研究从中西医结合治疗研究向数据挖掘、护理满意度演变;原发性肝癌领域的研究从生活质基因多态性向延续性护理演变。脂肪肝领域的研究从脂肪肝逐渐向酒精性肝硬化护理干预演变;非酒精性脂肪性肝病领域从肝脏病理向中医证型的研究演变;慢性乙型肝炎从酒精性肝病至综合护理干预演变;危险因素领域的研究涉及主题包括肝移植、慢性病、死亡率等。结论近年来,我国酒精性肝硬化患者护理相关研究发展较快,其中糖尿病、肝硬化、肝细胞癌、原发性肝癌、脂肪肝、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、慢性乙型肝炎和危险因素分析是研究学者持续关注的研究领域,为从宏观把握该主题的研究现状,为其他学者更进一步研究提供借鉴。

Objective To visualize the research status of nursing care of patients with alcoholic cirrhosis in China,thus provides reference for nursing and academic research of patients with alcoholic cirrhosis.Methods On the basis of CNKI database,literature metrology theory and methods were used to sort out and mine the research literature on this topic,and the research hot spots and key areas of concern were analyzed.Results The overall research literature in this field was showing an exponential growth trend.The research disciplines were mainly concentrated in clinical medicine,digestive system diseases and traditional Chinese medicine,and the research in this field was mainly concentrated in diabetes,liver cirrhosis,hepatocellular carcinoma,primary liver cancer and other fields.Research in the field of diabetes evolved from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and chronic liver disease research to intestinal flora.The field of liver cirrhosis had evolved from studies on procalcitonin and octreotide to portal hypertension and safety.Research in the field of hepatocellular carcinoma had evolved from research on integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment to data mining and nursing satisfaction.Research on primary liver cancer was moving from life quality gene polymorphism to continuous care.The research in the field of fatty liver had gradually evolved from fatty liver to nursing intervention in alcoholic cirrhosis.The field of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease had evolved from liver pathology to TCM syndrome.Chronic hepatitis B had evolved from alcoholic liver disease to comprehensive nursing intervention.Research in the field of risk factors covered topics including liver transplantation,chronic diseases,and mortality.Conclusion In recent years,Chinese research on nursing care of patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis has developed rapidly.Researchers continue to pay attention to topics including diabetes,cirrhosis,hepatocellular carcinoma,primary liver cancer,fatty liver,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,chronic hepatitis B and risk factors.The purpose is to grasp the research status of this topic from a macro perspective,and provide reference for other scholars to further research.
