血清cTnⅠ、Hcy水平与急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后短期预后的相关性 被引量:3

Correlation Between Serum cTnⅠ,Hcy Levels and Short-Term Prognosis After PCI in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

摘要 目的观察血清心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者中的表达,并分析其与经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后短期预后的关系。方法前瞻性选择2018年6月至2020年12月于河南(郑州)中汇心血管病医院接受PCI治疗的91例AMI患者作为研究对象,PCI治疗后随访6个月,观察并记录患者随访期间不良心血管事件发生情况作为短期预后观察指标并分组,分为预后不良组和预后良好组,调查并记录患者基线资料及入院时血清cTnⅠ、Hcy水平,分析其与患者PCI术后短期预后的关系。结果随访6个月,91例患者中预后不良23例,占25.27%,纳入预后不良组;相较于预后良好组,预后不良组患者入院时血清cTnⅠ、Hcy水平较高(P<0.05);点二列相关性分析结果显示,入院时血清cTnⅠ、Hcy水平与AMI患者PCI治疗短期预后不良呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05);logistic回归分析显示,入院时血清cTnⅠ、Hcy高表达是AMI患者PCI治疗短期预后不良的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论血清cTnⅠ、Hcy水平与AMI患者PCI术后短期预后有关,其高表达可能会增加患者预后不良发生风险。 Objective To observe the expression of serum cardiac troponinⅠ(cTnⅠ)and homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),and to analyze their relationship with the short-term prognosis of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 91 patients with AMI who received PCI in Henan(Zhengzhou)Zhonghui Cardiovascular Hospital from June 2018 to December 2020 were prospectively selected as the research subjects.The patients were followed up for 6 months after PCI.The occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events during the follow-up period and they were as a short-term prognosis observation index.The patients were grouped into poor prognosis group and good prognosis group.The baseline data and serum cTnⅠ and Hcy levels at admission were investigated and recorded,and the relationship between them and the short-term prognosis after PCI was analyzed.Results After 6 months of follow-up,23 of the 91 patients had poor prognosis,accounting for 25.27%.Compared with good prognosis,the levels of serum cTnⅠ and Hcy at admission of patients in poor prognosis group were higher(P<0.05).Through point two column correlation analysis,the results showed that the levels of serum cTnⅠand Hcy at admission were positively correlated with the poor short-term prognosis of AMI patients after PCI(r>0,P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the high expression of serum cTnⅠand Hcy at admission was a risk factor for poor short-term prognosis of AMI patients after PCI(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum cTnⅠ and Hcy are related to the short-term prognosis of AMI patients after PCI.The high expression of serum cTnⅠ and Hcy may increase the risk of poor prognosis.
