个案化护理及饮食指导对糖尿病伴恶性肿瘤化疗患者血糖控制的影响

Effect of Individual Nursing and Dietary Guidance on Blood Glucose Control in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Malignant Tumor Chemotherapy

目的分析个案化护理以及饮食指导对糖尿病伴恶性肿瘤化疗患者血糖控制效果的影响。方法选择在广州市红十字会医院接受化疗治疗的恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者82例,病例纳入时间为2016年1月至2021年2月。按随机数表法将研究对象分为对照组以及观察组,每组41例。给予对照组临床常规护理措施,给予观察组个案化护理以及饮食指导。对比两组患者血糖水平、血糖波动效果、负担感受以及知识掌握评分情况。结果护理前,两组患者血糖水平、血糖波动效果、负担感受以及知识掌握评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者血糖水平、血糖波动效果、负担感受评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,而知识掌握评分提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予糖尿病伴恶性肿瘤化疗患者个案化护理以及饮食指导可提高血糖控制效果,同时可改善患者负担感受以及提高其化疗相关知识掌握程度。

Objective To analyze the effect of individual nursing and dietary guidance on blood glucose control in patients with diabetes mellitus treated with cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 82 patients with malignant tumor complicated with diabetes who received chemotherapy in Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital were selected from January 2016 to February 2021.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was given clinical routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given individual nursing and dietary guidance.Blood glucose level,blood glucose fluctuation effect,burden perception and knowledge mastery score were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no differences in blood glucose level,blood glucose fluctuation effect,burden feeling and knowledge mastery score between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,blood glucose level,blood glucose fluctuation effect and burden perception score of two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,while knowledge mastery score was improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individual nursing and dietary guidance for patients with diabetes mellitus accompanied by chemotherapy can improve the effect of blood glucose control,and have an ideal effect on improving patients’burden feeling and improving their knowledge of chemotherapy.
