摘要
车辆牵引系统和其关键部件的维护一直是轨道交通领域的难点之一,其检修维护过程复杂,缺少提前预警的方法和手段。文章系统阐述相关故障预测与健康管理技术的应用关键,结合各种预警方法的缺点和优势,提出不同工作条件下城轨车辆牵引系统故障预测与健康管理平台的搭建方法,通过收集并分析行车历史数据,对牵引系统各个重要部件以不同方式方法进行预警。最终通过完整的预警平台建设,实现降低城轨车辆牵引系统故障率,完成指导一线运维人员日常工作、提高部件可维护性的作用。
The maintenance of the traction system and its key components has always been one of the difficulties in the field of rail transit,as its inspection and maintenance process is particularly complicated,and there is a lack of prewarning means and methods.This paper systematically introduces the key application of this technology,combines the shortcomings and advantages of various early warning methods,and proposes the construction method of the Prognostics Health Management platform for the urban rail traction system under various working conditions.By collecting and analyzing history operation data,early warning is generated and given to each key component of the traction system in different methods.Finally,through the construction of a complete prewarning platform,it will play an important role in reducing the failure rate of the urban rail traction system,guiding the daily work of front-line operation and maintenance personnel,and improving the maintainability of components.
