体外膜肺氧合联合经皮冠脉介入术用于急性心肌梗死伴心脏停搏1例的护理

摘要 经皮冠脉介入术(PCI)是急性心肌梗死(AMI)的重要治疗手段,能及时打开心肌梗死相关血管、重建冠状动脉血运[1]。体外膜氧合(ECMO)是一种体外呼吸循环辅助装置,可通过床旁穿刺血管快速置入,为危重患者提供几乎与心排出量相当的循环呼吸支持、充足的组织血液灌注和气体交换,广泛用于危重症、心脏骤停后经传统心肺复苏治疗无效的AMI患者的抢救中[2]。
