The heroic model spirit is the loyalty,perseverance,simplicity and lofty spirit and distinctive qualities of heroic models who emerged during the long-term struggle led by the Chinese Communist Party to lead the people of the whole country.The heroic and exemplary spirit and the socialist core values are deeply related in ideological origin,spiritual essence and value goal.In the new era,we should fully examine the real situations such as social multicultural value conflicts,pan-entertainmentism and historical nihilism erosion faced by heroic and exemplary spirits cultivating socialist core values.Exploring effective paths such as establishing heroic and exemplary characters,promoting heroic exemplary spirits,and inheriting heroic exemplary spirits will help cultivate the core values of socialism.
