供需平衡视角下边疆民族地区劳动教育校本课程开发研究

摘要 校本课程作为国家三级课程管理体制的一部分,既能够弥补学生尚未在国家课程和地方课程中满足的合理需求,又能体现学校和学生的差异与特色,对学校培养时代新人有着不可替代的作用。边疆民族地区劳动教育校本课程的开发要在充分把握学生独特诉求的基础上,挖掘潜在劳动教育资源,丰富劳动教育内容,实现劳动教育校本课程的供给与学生之于劳动课程需求之间的动态平衡,致力于解决劳动课程供给与学生需求不相一致的现象。基于供需平衡的视角,从学校供给和学生需求两方面来探讨边疆民族地区劳动教育校本课程的开发。 As a part of the national three-level curriculum management system,school-based curriculum can not only make up for the reasonable needs that students have not met in the national curriculum and local curriculum,but also reflect the differences and characteristics of schools and students,which plays an irreplaceable role in training new people in the school.Frontier of labor education school-based curriculum development in national regions to fully grasp the students a unique appeal,on the basis ofexcavating potential labor education resources,enriching the content of labor education,and realize the supply of labor education school-based curriculum and students to the dynamic balance between labor course requirements,to meet the needs of labor supply and the students is not consistent.Based on the perspective of balance between supply and demand,this paper discusses the development of school-based curriculum of labor education in border minority areas from two aspects of school supply and student demand.
