摘要
目的探讨线上线下混合式教学法在放疗科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月-2021年6月在西安交通大学第一附属医院放疗科参与住院医师规范化培训的研究生及规范化培训学生共50名,采用随机数字表法随机分为试验组和对照组,各25例;试验组采用以微信平台为载体的线上教育结合线下传统教学的混合式教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法;培训结束后进行临床技能、理论基础、综合分析能力测试及满意度调查。结果试验组理论基础、临床技能及综合分析能力均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组满意度明显提高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在放疗科住院医师规范化培训中的,线上线下混合式教学方法提高了教学质量和效果,学生接受良好,满意度较高。
Objective To explore the application of online and offline interactive teaching methods in the standardized training for residents in radiation oncology department.Methods A total of 50 postgraduates and standardized students who received standardized training in the radiation oncology department of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were enrolled.Students were randomly divided into experimental and control groups by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The experimental group received online and offline interactive teaching methods based on WeChat platform,while the control group received traditional teaching methods.The clinical skills,theoretical basis,comprehensive analysis ability,and satisfaction survey were compared between the two groups after training.Results The theoretical basis,clinical skills,and comprehensive analysis ability of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the degree of satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of online and offline interactive teaching methods in the standardized training for residents in radiation oncology department can improve teaching quality and effectiveness,with good acceptance and satisfaction.It’s helpful and worth further promotion.
