双向运输带式输送机防尘罩结构形式的试验研究

摘要 长距离单向运输带式输送机防尘罩产品已标准化,双向运输带式输送机防尘罩尚未有统一的规定,以锡林浩特胜利一号露天煤矿至电厂正向运煤、反向运灰的长距离平面转弯带式输送机系统工程为依托,通过现场试验,风速在10 m/s和15 m/s 2种情况下,防尘罩在低、中、高3个位置时,对防尘罩内的风速和流场以及带式输送机旁的粉尘浓度进行测量和数据分析,结合数值模拟,进行优化设计,确定了防尘罩最终的结构形式为“∩”型,最低遮挡高度为下层槽型托辊组边辊的中间位置,为类似上下带面同时带料的双向运输带式输送机防尘罩结构设计提供了理论基础和实践经验。 The dust cover of long-distance one-way conveying belt conveyor has been standardized,and there are no unified regulations on the dust cover of two-way conveying belt conveyors.Based on the long-distance plane turning belt conveyor system project,the coal will be transported in forward direction from Shengli No.1 Open-pit Mine to Shengli power plant and ash will be transported in reverse direction from Shengli power plant to Shengli No.1 Open-pit Mine in Xilinhot.Through the field test,when the wind speed is 10 m/s and 15 m/s,the dust cover is in the low,middle and high positions,the article measures and analyzes wind speed and flow field inside of the dust cover and the dust next to the belt conveyor.We combine with numerical simulation,carry out optimization design,and determine the final structure form of the dust cover to be"∩"type.The minimum height is the middle position of the side rollers of the lower groove type idlers group,which provides the theoretical basis and practical experience for the structure design of the dust cover of the two-way conveying belt conveyor similar to the upper and lower belt carrying materials at the same time.
