矿用带式输送机双绕组永磁直驱容错电机设计与优化

摘要 针对因煤矿生产环境复杂、带式输送机驱动电机重载起动且服役时间长,导致驱动电机经常出现失效,从而制约运输系统正常运行的问题,对1台定子绕组采用双Y移30°结构的六相永磁容错电机进行了设计与优化;通过有限元软件分析了电机极槽配合、磁极结构、极弧优化等因素对永磁容错电机气隙磁密、齿槽转矩、输出转矩等性能的影响。 Aiming at the problem that the driving motor of the belt conveyor often fails due to the complex underground environment of the coal mine,the long service time of the belt conveyor and the heavy-duty starting capacity,restricts the normal operation of the underground transportation system,the article designs and optimizes six-phase permanent magnet fault-tolerant motor with a double Y shifted 30°structure in the stator winding,analyzes the influence of pole slot matching,pole structure and pole arc optimization on the air gap flux density,cogging torque and output torque of permanent magnet fault-tolerant motor by finite element software.
