一例山羊传染性胸膜肺炎混合感染大肠杆菌的诊治报告

A case of diagnosis and treatment of goat contagious pleuropneumonia mixed with colibacillosis

对2021年3月广西某种羊场送检的病料采用细菌学和分子生物学方法进行诊断,并对分离菌株进行形态学分析,鉴定为大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli),应用PCR方法检测到绵羊肺炎支原体阳性。对分离菌株进行药敏试验,发现该菌对头孢氨苄、头孢西丁、头孢曲松钠、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、庆大霉素、卡那霉素、诺氟沙星、复方新诺明高度敏感。结果表明,该病为羊传染性胸膜肺炎混合大肠杆菌而引起的。

Bacteriological and molecular biological methods were used for the diagnosis of tissue samples from a goat farm in Guangxi in March 2021.The isolated strain was identified as Escherichia coli by morphology,and Mycoplasma pneumonia ovine positive was identified by PCR amplification.Drug sensitivity analysis was performed on the isolated pathogenic bacteria.The drug susceptibility test showed that the bacterium was highly sensitive to cephalexin,cefoxitin,ceftriaxone sodium,ofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,gentamicin,kanamycin,norfloxacin,and cotrimoxazole.According to the test results,this disease was caused by the mixed infection of goat contagious pleuropneumonia and colibacillosis.
