基于地理探测器的乌鲁木齐市居民宜居满意度影响机理 被引量:1

Influence mechanism of residents’livable satisfaction in Urumqi based on the geographical detector

摘要 以乌鲁木齐市居民为研究对象,通过问卷调查获取相关数据信息,运用因子分析法提取乌鲁木齐市居民宜居满意度主要感知因素,并借助地理探测器方法,从宜居感知因素和居民个人属性特征2个视角出发,揭示乌鲁木齐市居民宜居满意度特征与影响机理。结果表明,影响乌鲁木齐市宜居满意度的因子按解释力强弱排序依次为城市交通因子、生活设施因子、自然环境因子、水污染因子、人文环境因子、医疗条件因子、大气污染因子。宜居满意度受宜居感知因素和居民个人属性特征共同影响,但宜居感知因素的解释力明显强于居民个人属性特征;城市交通因子、生活设施因子和人文环境因子成为影响宜居满意度的内在驱动力。 Taking the residents of Urumqi as the research object,through the questionnaire survey to obtain relevant data information,using the factor analysis method to extract the main perception factor of residents’livable satisfaction in Urumqi,and with the aid of the geographical probe method,from the two perspectives of livable perception factors and residents’personal attributes,the characteristics and influence mechanism of livable satisfaction of residents in Urumqi were revealed.The results showed that the factors affecting livability satisfaction in Urumqi according to the explanatory power of factors were urban traffic factor,living facilities factor,natural environment factor,water pollution factor,human environment factor,medical condition factor and air pollution factor.Livability satisfaction was influenced by both livable perception factors and residents’personal attributes,but the explanatory power of livable perception factors was obviously stronger than that of residents’personal attributes.Urban traffic factors,living facilities factors and human environment factors became the internal driving forces that affected livable satisfaction.
